Asi Making the Most of His Remaining Playing Years

MANILA, Philippines – Aware of the fact that youth is no longer on his side at 37, Asi Taulava is now looking to make the most out of the remaining years in his playing career.
The 6-foot-10 behemoth is particularly focused to help the Meralco Bolts make an impact in its initial voyage in the PBA and be useful as reinforcement to Smart Gilas Pilipinas in its quest in the Asian Games in Guangzhou, China
in November.
“Of course I know that I’m not playing forever. My career may already be in its final stretch and I want it to be meaningful,” said Taulava.
